Cancellation & Refund Policy

At **Florence Relocations Services**, we aim to make your relocation booking seamless. If you need to cancel your booked service, our policy is as follows:

Cancellation by Client

To cancel a booking, you must provide our team with **written notice** (via email). The effective date of cancellation will be the date we receive your email notification.

Refund Structure on Cancellation:

  • **Cancellation 7 days or more before the service date:** You will receive a **100% refund** of the advance amount paid.
  • **Cancellation 3 to 6 days before the service date:** You will receive a **50% refund** of the advance amount paid.
  • **Cancellation within 48 hours (2 days) of the service date:** The advance amount paid will **not be refunded**.
  • **Non-Refundable Charges:** Any charges related to work already completed, such as survey fees or specialized packing material procurement, will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

Once the cancellation is confirmed and the refund amount is determined, your refund will be processed to the **original method of payment** within **7 to 10 business days**.

Cancellation by Florence Relocations Services

In the event that we must cancel the service due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances, the client will receive a **100% refund of the full advance amount paid**.
